One language and one public website using current, approved content. Voice, additional channels, content creation, refunds, account changes and custom Procedures or CRM actions are separately scoped. Vendor seats, billable outcomes, channel charges and minimum commitments are additional where applicable.
Check Intercom plans and Fin usage pricingThese standard setup fees are available to all customers. They are Fucira’s one-time starting project fees in USD, with a fixed quote before work begins. App subscriptions, seats, AI credits and processing usage are additional and paid directly to the provider. We confirm plan access, source material, permissions and volume before agreeing a fixed quote.
Your business owns the accounts and approves access. Each app project includes testing, a handover guide, one 45-minute live team training session, 14 days of fixes for the agreed configuration and one 30-minute follow-up for setup questions. No ongoing Fucira fee or paid roadmap is required for a straightforward app setup. If you only need to activate an account, the provider’s self-service setup may be enough; our fee covers configuring useful tasks, checks and training.
Choose the app setup or a broader AI implementation project based on the work you need. If both descriptions cover the same configuration, we quote it once. Existing website, app or data care is credited for overlapping support; new connections and additional scope are quoted separately.
Optional Managed AI Care starts at $499/month for an established workflow, with up to two total hours of hands-on work. Complex integrations, migrations and sensitive-data work need their own scope. We check required paid tiers and usage charges before recommending a plan.
Verified non-profits receive 35% off Fucira project fees. Provider subscriptions and any vendor nonprofit benefits are handled separately. An eligible assessment fee is credited once toward the related implementation under our existing policy.
