These terms govern your use of fucira.com (the “Site”), operated by Fucira Inc. (“Fucira,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our services are governed by separate agreements

These terms cover the Site only. Fucira tools, custom builds, care plans, workshops and other services are provided under a written proposal, order form or master services agreement. If those documents conflict with these terms, they control.

The AI check-up

The check-up gives general, informational guidance based on the answers you provide. It is not legal, financial, security or compliance advice, and it does not guarantee any outcome. Scores and suggestions are estimates. Please make your own decisions with your own advisors.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or try to disrupt it.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful or misleading content, or personal information about others without a right to do so.
• Do not scrape the Site or use automated tools to submit forms.
• Do not submit sensitive information such as health records, children’s data, payment card numbers or government IDs through the Site forms.

Information you submit

You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you may share it. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or any obligation for either of us.

Pricing and offers

Prices shown on the Site are for general information, may change, and are not a binding offer. A price becomes binding only when stated in a signed proposal or order form. Non-profit pricing requires verification of eligible status.

Intellectual property

The Site, its content, design and software are owned by Fucira or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the Site for personal or internal business purposes. Other uses require our written permission.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fucira will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in that state have exclusive jurisdiction, except where your local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
