Privacy Policy
Effective October 5, 2026 · Last updated October 5, 2026
This policy explains how Fucira Inc. (“Fucira,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through fucira.com (the “Site”). It does not cover the data our clients store in the tools we build or host for them. We handle that data on the client’s behalf under a separate agreement, and the client’s own privacy notice applies.
Information we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, organization, organization type and the message you write.
- AI check-up: your organization type, team size, the areas you want help with, your answers to the readiness questions and your calculated score. If you choose to request a follow-up, we also collect your name, email address and organization. You can view your results without giving us contact details.
- Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, for security and reliability.
- Cookie preference: a small first-party cookie that remembers your cookie choices. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not currently run advertising or analytics trackers on the Site. If we add analytics, it will only load after you give consent where the law requires it.
How we use information
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up about services you asked about.
- To provide and improve the AI check-up.
- To keep the Site secure, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems.
- To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.
Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on: consent (optional cookies and any marketing messages); legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, securing and improving the Site); and steps taken at your request before entering a contract. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as hosting and database providers, under contracts that limit their use of the data. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety or security, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business.
Retention
We keep enquiries and check-up submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client, in which case we keep them for the relationship and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and the Site is hosted there. If you access it from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither) and of targeted advertising;
- not be discriminated against for exercising your rights;
- lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity first. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 30–45 days). We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of non-essential tracking.
Children
The Site is for business and organizational use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where required, notify you.
