Golf cart, ATV & UTV rentals

Get the right vehicle to the right driver, and back in one piece.

Carts, ATVs and side-by-sides rent by the hour, the day and the week, and many go out to vacation homes and events. We build booking, driver checks, signed rules and a return inspection around that, so the fleet stays on the road and the paperwork stays with the rental.

What we set up

Booking by hour, day, week or event

Customers choose a vehicle, a rental length and pickup or delivery, and see the price and deposit up front. Delivery to a vacation home, a resort or an event shows a delivery window and a pickup time.

Driver checks, rules and signed agreement

Each driver adds age and license details, signs the waiver, and reads your rules for roads, trails and helmets. Staff confirm the license and the rules briefing at pickup, and the record stays with the rental.

Return checks, charging and fleet log

Return photos, a damage note, fuel or battery level and hours are logged for each unit. Out-of-service flags keep a cart with a low battery or a flat tire off the calendar until it is fixed.

Where this business gets hard

Returns come back dirty, dinged or dead

A cart returned with a flat battery or a scraped panel is the norm in a busy week. Photos at pickup and return, a battery or fuel level at both ends and a published damage price list make the charge clear.

Delivery is a second business

Dropping carts at vacation homes and events means addresses, gate codes, delivery windows and a driver on the road. Each delivery needs access notes, a window and a pickup time, or carts sit uncollected.

Who is allowed to drive, and where

Minimum ages, license rules, street-legal limits and trail or permit rules differ by place and by vehicle. The agreement and the briefing should state your rules, and staff should make the final call when something is unclear.

Charging and maintenance run in the background

Electric carts need charge time between rentals, and gas ATVs need oil, tires and brakes checked by hours. Without a log, the best unit is the one that fails in front of a customer.

Set up for the way you work

Not every golf cart, atv & utv rentals business runs the same way. We adjust the setup to fit yours.

Beach and resort cart rental
Many short-to-weekly rentals, lots of delivery to vacation homes and hotels, and street-legal carts where local rules allow them. Delivery windows and charging between rentals drive the schedule.
ATV and UTV trail rental
Helmets, trail maps, riding area rules and sometimes permits shape every booking. Guided groups and tours share the same fleet, and return checks matter more because machines are used hard.
Event and venue cart service
Carts for weddings, festivals and golf outings go out in batches with a delivery, an on-site contact and a pickup. Quotes by quantity and day are the norm.
Community and golf-course fleets
Longer rentals to residents or visitors, with a fixed fleet, set routes and a rules sheet. Reminders and billing replace one-off bookings.

Busy seasons and slow ones

Beach and resort areas peak around school breaks, holidays and summer weekends, with long weekly rentals in the busiest weeks. Trail rentals follow weather and ground conditions, and mud or snow can close a season. Event work spikes in spring and fall. Quiet weeks are good for fleet service, battery checks and tire replacements, and for offering weekday or multi-day discounts.

What your customers ask before they book

Your AI assistant and website are set up to answer these before anyone has to call.

  • Do I need a license, and how old does the driver have to be?
  • Can I drive the cart on the road or only in the community?
  • Do you deliver to my vacation home, and what time will it arrive?
  • Are helmets and trail maps included for the ATV?
  • How much is the deposit, and what happens if I scratch or damage it?
  • How far will the battery or tank take us, and where do I charge it?

Common mistakes we help you avoid

  • Handing over a unit without photos, a battery or fuel level and a signed agreement.
  • Promising a delivery time with no window and no address or access notes.
  • Putting a cart with a low battery or a soft tire back on the calendar.
  • Letting an unclear driver age or license slide at pickup instead of letting staff decide before the keys change hands.

Driving rules vary by place and vehicle

Driver licensing and minimum age, helmet and passenger rules, whether a golf cart or low-speed vehicle may use public roads, trail and permit rules for ATVs and side-by-sides, and insurance requirements vary by state, county and community. We build the booking, checks and agreement steps around your own policies. We do not give legal advice. You stay responsible for meeting the rules that apply to your rentals.
