Mobile notaries & process servers

Sensitive data, security review included

Dispatch the right visit, and keep every record where it belongs.

A mobile notary or process server lives in the car. Calls come at odd hours, signings run on a title company's clock and a missed address or a missing ID wastes the trip. We build a site that books mobile visits with a clear travel fee, and a back end that handles dispatch, signing packages and renewal dates without exposing the records you are required to keep yourself.

What we set up

Mobile visit booking and dispatch

Customers pick a visit type, enter the address and a preferred time, and see the sample travel and visit fee, including rush and after-hours rates. You see requests by travel radius and time, confirm the slot and get a route-ready job. The AI assistant answers practical questions and requests a visit. It never gives legal advice, never decides whether a document needs notarizing and never notarizes anything.

Signing packages, title and escrow work

Loan signings arrive from title and escrow companies with document packages, print and scan steps, return shipping and a signing window. A board tracks each signing's time, location, package status and return deadline, and past partner companies sit on a list for repeat work.

Process serving, renewals and records

Process serving is set up as its own service with its own rules: court deadlines, attempt logs with date, time and address, and an affidavit of service prepared for the server to sign. Commission, bond and E and O insurance dates are tracked with reminders. Your notary journal stays your own record, kept by you, and is never copied into the site.

Where this business gets hard

Dispatch is a puzzle on wheels

A signing at 10, a rush request at noon and an evening visit across town do not fit in one afternoon. Travel radius, drive time and after-hours rules built into the booking keep the day realistic.

Signings run on someone else's clock

A title company sends the package late or changes the time. A board with the package status, the signing window and the return deadline cuts missed returns and wasted trips.

Customers ask for what a notary cannot give

People ask which document they need, what it means or whether it is legal. A notary cannot choose or explain a document type, and sending those questions elsewhere early saves time on both sides.

Records have to stay with the notary

The journal and the ID details recorded for each act are kept under state law by the notary. Keeping them out of a website and out of messages avoids a privacy problem.

Set up for the way you work

Not every mobile notaries & process servers business runs the same way. We adjust the setup to fit yours.

General mobile notary
Walk-in style requests: affidavits, authorizations and ordinary signatures at homes, offices and care facilities. Hours, radius and fees do most of the work.
Loan signing agent
Packages from title and escrow companies, a signing window, printing and scanning, and a quick return. Reliability and a repeat partner list matter most.
Process server
Court deadlines, attempt logs by date, time and address, and affidavits of service. Often a separate business or a separate service line with its own rules.
Notary and apostille courier
Documents travel to a county or state office after signing. Tracking, turnaround and handoff are added to the visit.

Busy seasons and slow ones

Loan signings often follow real estate and refinance activity, so many markets see more in spring and summer and fewer in late fall, though this varies with interest rates and region. Month-end can bring a rush of closings. Care facility and estate-related visits are steady through the year. Court deadlines for process serving do not follow seasons. Slow stretches are a good time to renew commissions and insurance, call title companies for repeat work and review fee schedules against state rules.

What your customers ask before they book

Your AI assistant and website are set up to answer these before anyone has to call.

  • How much does a visit cost, and does the fee cover the notarization?
  • Can you come tonight or on a weekend?
  • What ID do I need to bring, and does everyone signing need to be there?
  • Can you notarize online or by video?
  • Do you handle loan signings for my title company?
  • Can you serve court papers, and how fast?

Common mistakes we help you avoid

  • Charging a travel or after-hours fee that your state does not allow on top of the capped notarial fee. Rules vary by state.
  • Answering what document a customer needs, or what it means. A notary cannot do either, and it can be unauthorized legal advice.
  • Letting journal or ID details leak into texts, emails or a shared sheet.
  • Missing a commission, bond or insurance renewal date. The owner stays responsible.

State rules differ widely, and the owner stays responsible

Notary fees are capped by many states, and the caps and what may be charged for travel differ. Remote online notarization is allowed in some states and not others, and a real notary verifies identity in person under the rules of their state. Who may serve process, how it must be served and what an affidavit must say also differ by state and by court. The site and AI assistant never give legal advice, never choose a document type, never explain what a document means (a notary cannot do either), never decide whether a document needs notarizing, never notarize remotely and never promise an outcome in a court case. Notary journal entries and ID details are kept by the notary under state law, and we do not copy, store or display them. You stay responsible for your commission, your bond, your insurance and for following the rules that apply to your work.
