Tree service

Turn a few photos into a clear, written estimate.

Tree work is hard to price from a phone call. We make it simple for a homeowner to send photos, describe the tree and access, and get a written estimate, then keep your crews, equipment, haul-away and follow-up organized behind it.

What we set up

Photo-based estimate requests

Customers upload photos from a few angles, describe the tree, its location and what they want done, and note anything nearby such as a fence, a roof or overhead lines. You review the photos and send a written estimate, or book an on-site look when photos are not enough.

Emergency and hazard triage

Fallen trees on a home, a road or power lines are not website jobs. The assistant tells people to call 911 or the utility right away and never promises a crew. Routine requests go to your estimate queue.

Crews, equipment and follow-up

Each job shows the crew, truck, chipper or crane needs, haul-away and stump work. Photos before and after are saved, and reminders bring customers back for seasonal trimming.

Where this business gets hard

Pricing from a phone call

Tree height, lean, access and what is nearby can swing a job by thousands of dollars. Photos, notes about fences and roofs, and a written estimate keep the price clear, and an on-site look handles the hard ones.

Hazards and emergencies

A tree on a house or near a power line is a safety and utility matter, not a form submission. Clear wording on the website that points people to 911 and the utility keeps the estimate queue for routine work.

Equipment, crews and insurance

Chippers, bucket trucks, saws and cranes need maintenance, and a crew injury or a damaged roof is a major cost. Equipment logs, crew assignments and insurance renewal dates belong on one screen.

Haul-away and cleanup disputes

Customers assume cleanup is included. The estimate should list haul-away, wood left on site and stump work clearly, with photos after the job.

Set up for the way you work

Not every tree service business runs the same way. We adjust the setup to fit yours.

Trimming and pruning
Routine, repeat work for homeowners and HOAs. Recurring reminders, photos and scheduled visits matter most.
Removal and large trees
Bigger crews, cranes, permits and higher cost. Estimates may require an on-site visit and a written scope.
Stump grinding
A separate tool and crew, priced by diameter and access. Often sold as an add-on to a removal.
Storm cleanup
Surge work after weather events. Requests are triaged, hazards go to emergency services or the utility, and routine cleanup is scheduled by area.

Busy seasons and slow ones

Demand often rises ahead of storm season and after any storm, when customers want trees checked and trimmed or limbs cleared. Growing seasons bring trimming requests, and cooler months can be a good time for removal and pruning. Slow stretches are a good time to send reminders to past customers and to book HOA and commercial properties.

What your customers ask before they book

Your AI assistant and website are set up to answer these before anyone has to call.

  • How much will it cost to trim or remove my tree, and can I send photos?
  • Do you haul away the branches and grind the stump?
  • Do I need a permit, and who gets it?
  • What if a tree is near a power line?
  • Are you insured, and what does the estimate cover?
  • How soon can you come, and how long will it take?

Common mistakes we help you avoid

  • Quoting from a description with no photos or site notes, then eating the cost when the job is harder.
  • Leaving haul-away and stump work vague in the estimate, which leads to disputes.
  • Treating storm hazards as routine requests instead of directing people to emergency services and the utility.
  • Overlooking local permit and licensing rules. Rules vary by place, and the owner stays responsible.

Permits, utilities and licensing vary

Rules on tree removal permits, protected trees, work near utility lines, business licensing and insurance (including workers' compensation) vary by city, county and state. Permits and any coordination with the utility are the property owner's responsibility unless you agree otherwise in writing. We make no arborist or certification claims for you or for the demo. The assistant never gives safety instructions beyond telling people to contact emergency services. You stay responsible for compliance.
