Pressure washing & soft washing
Turn a photo and a square footage into a booked job.
Most customers know their driveway looks bad and have no idea what it should cost. We make it easy to describe the surfaces, send a few photos and get a clear next step, then keep your crews, trucks, chemicals and recurring customers organized behind it.
What we set up
Quotes by surface and square footage
Customers list what needs cleaning, such as driveway, roof, siding, pool deck or fence, add rough dimensions and upload photos. You review them and send a written quote. A small visit fee can hold an on-site estimate when photos are not enough.
Crews, trucks and supplies on one board
Each job shows the crew, the truck, the surfaces, the method (pressure or soft wash), water access notes and the cleaning solution planned. Chemical and fuel counts drop as jobs close, and drive time is built into the day.
Recurring cleans and reminders
Annual or twice-yearly cleans for roofs, driveways and pool decks are scheduled with reminders, so customers come back before the next season. Before and after photos are saved to each property record.
Where this business gets hard
Quotes without seeing the surface
A customer says it is a small driveway and it turns out to be twice that, with oil stains and rust. Photos, rough dimensions and a written quote before the visit keep the price honest, and an estimate visit settles the harder cases.
Weather decides the schedule
Rain, wind and heat push jobs around, and a customer who cleared the day is unhappy. Rescheduling steps, text notices and a flexible window keep a rainout from turning into a lost customer.
Damage and runoff risk
High pressure can etch concrete, strip wood or force water behind siding, and runoff can reach plants, pools or storm drains. Surface notes, the right method per surface and photos before and after protect both sides.
Access to water and power
No working spigot, a locked gate or a pet in the yard can stop a crew on arrival. Access questions at booking cut wasted trips.
Set up for the way you work
Not every pressure washing & soft washing business runs the same way. We adjust the setup to fit yours.
- Residential driveway and house washing
- Many small jobs, often booked within the same neighborhood. Quotes by square foot, route planning by area and recurring reminders matter most.
- Roof and soft washing specialist
- Lower pressure and specialized solutions, more care around landscaping and a longer lead time. Photos, roof access notes and weather windows drive the setup.
- Commercial and HOA work
- Larger surfaces, written bids, certificates of insurance and often night or weekend work. Recurring contracts and invoicing replace one-off bookings.
- Fleet, deck and fence add-ons
- Services sold on top of a main job. Add-on menus, extra time and extra supplies are tracked so the add-on stays profitable.
Busy seasons and slow ones
Spring and early fall are often the busiest, when customers want algae, mildew and pollen gone before gatherings and before selling a home. Hot summer afternoons can limit some work, and cold weather can slow soft washing and drying. Slow stretches are a good time to send reminders for yearly cleans and to book commercial and HOA work.
What your customers ask before they book
Your AI assistant and website are set up to answer these before anyone has to call.
- How much will it cost for my driveway or house, and can I send photos?
- Is pressure washing safe for my roof, siding and plants?
- Do I need to be home, and what do you need from me?
- Do you bring your own water?
- How long does it take, and when can I use the surface again?
- What happens if it rains on the day?
Common mistakes we help you avoid
- Quoting by guess without photos or dimensions, then losing money on a bigger job.
- Using high pressure on surfaces that need a gentler method, which can cause damage and a dispute.
- Skipping before and after photos, leaving nothing to point to if a customer claims damage.
- Overlooking local rules on runoff and chemical storage. Rules vary by place, and the owner stays responsible.
Runoff, chemicals and licensing vary
Rules on wastewater and runoff, cleaning chemicals and their storage, business licensing and insurance differ by city, county and state. Some places limit what can drain into storm systems. We build quotes, notes and waiver steps around your own policies and coverage. You stay responsible for meeting the rules that apply to your work. Nothing here is legal advice.
