Churches & ministries
Sensitive data, security review included
A welcoming front door, and a lighter load for your staff and volunteers.
A church website has two jobs: help a first-time visitor find the service time and feel at home, and help a small staff and a lot of volunteers keep the week running. We build both, so giving, sign-ups, rooms, groups and follow-up are not all living in one person's inbox.
What we set up
A site people can actually use
Service times, directions, what to expect, kids and youth info, a calendar of events, small group sign-ups and a newsletter list, all on a phone-friendly site. An AI assistant answers practical questions like parking, childcare and when the next event is. It never gives spiritual counseling, and it hands prayer requests, grief, crisis and pastoral questions to a person on your team.
Giving and sign-ups, through your own tools
Online and recurring giving links go to your church's own payment processor, so we never hold or move donations. Event registration, volunteer scheduling, room and facility booking, and kids check-in are handled in one place, with reminders by text and email that people can opt out of.
Care, communication and records
Prayer requests, visitor follow-up and care notes go to the staff members you choose, and only to them. Giving amounts, care notes and children's information are limited to authorized people. Volunteer background-check dates are tracked so renewals are not missed, and the weekly service plan can be handed off to whatever worship planning tool you already use.
Where this business gets hard
Volunteers carry the whole week
Most of the work on a Sunday is done by volunteers, and the person scheduling them is often also doing three other jobs. Sign-ups, swap requests and reminders by text keep gaps visible by midweek, not Sunday morning.
Giving and records are scattered
Online gifts, checks and cash can end up in different places, and year-end statements become a scramble. We connect your own processor and keep the records organized for your treasurer, who stays responsible for what is issued and when.
Visitors fall through the cracks
A first-time guest fills out a card, and then nothing happens for two weeks. A simple follow-up list with an owner for each person and a gentle, personal first message helps people feel noticed.
Children, safety and trust
Kids check-in, background-check renewals and who may see a child's information all matter. Limited access, expiry reminders and a clear record help the church follow its own safe-environment policy.
Set up for the way you work
Not every churches & ministries business runs the same way. We adjust the setup to fit yours.
- Small single-site church
- One building, one or two services, a small staff and many hats. The setup stays simple: a clear website, easy giving, a calendar and a short volunteer list.
- Multi-service or multi-campus
- Several services or locations share one calendar, but each has its own teams, rooms and contacts. Reports can be viewed by campus or combined for the whole church.
- Denominational structures
- Some churches answer to a diocese, presbytery, conference or elders board, with different roles for who approves, who pays and who is told. We follow the structure you describe and do not assume one.
- Ministries and para-church groups
- Campus ministries, food pantries, mission groups and other ministries often have supporters rather than members. Giving pages, volunteer sign-ups, newsletters and event pages matter more than membership.
Busy seasons and slow ones
Church life has strong rhythms. Advent and Christmas, Lent and Easter, and the start of the school year bring the biggest crowds and the most events and volunteer needs. Summer often means lighter attendance and more travel, so giving can dip. We can set up holiday service pages, extra volunteer reminders, a summer giving reminder and a year-end giving statement checklist well before each peak.
What your customers ask before they book
Your AI assistant and website are set up to answer these before anyone has to call.
- What time are services, and where do I park?
- What should I expect, and is there a dress code?
- Is there childcare, and how is it kept safe?
- How do I give online or set up a recurring gift?
- How can I join a small group or volunteer?
- Can our group use your building, and what does it cost?
Common mistakes we help you avoid
- Listing service times and events in three places and updating only one of them.
- Leaving prayer requests in a shared inbox where many people can read them.
- Letting volunteer background-check expiry dates live in one person's memory.
- Sending texts to everyone with no way to opt out or choose which messages they want.
Giving, privacy and pastoral care
Donations and recurring gifts go through your church's own compliant payment processor. We do not hold or move funds. Giving statements and tax-receipt rules vary, and the church stays responsible for what it issues and when. Giving amounts, prayer requests, care notes and any information about children are visible only to the staff you authorize, and we collect only what is needed. The AI assistant does not offer spiritual counseling or advice, and it passes anything sensitive to a person. Background-check handling follows your denomination and insurer's requirements, and you remain responsible for safe-environment policies.
