Towing & roadside assistance

Answer the stranded driver before the next truck does.

A driver on the shoulder calls whoever picks up first. We make sure that is you, collect the location and vehicle details while they are on the line, and keep dispatch, drivers, motor club jobs and the impound lot organized behind it.

What we set up

Calls answered, details captured

An AI receptionist answers day and night, collects the pin location, vehicle, problem and whether anyone is in danger, and texts your dispatcher a ready-to-send job. It never promises an arrival time. It gives the window you set and sends any emergency or safety situation to you or to emergency services.

Dispatch, drivers and a clear price

Flat-rate zones, hookup and per-mile pricing, and after-hours rates are written down once and quoted the same way every time. Drivers get the job on a phone app, send a live tracking link to the customer, and take photos at pickup and drop-off.

Impound, motor clubs and paperwork

Private-property tows, police calls, motor club and insurance-referral jobs each follow their own steps. Notices, storage days, fees and vehicle releases are tracked per vehicle, so the lot, the office and the customer all see the same record.

Where this business gets hard

Calls come at the worst time

Most calls arrive at night, on weekends and while every truck is already out. An unanswered call goes to the next company. After-hours answering, clear rates quoted on the first call and an honest arrival window keep the job and the customer's trust.

Motor clubs and insurance jobs pay late

Club and insurance work often means lower set rates, required photos and notes, and payment weeks later. Photos, mileage and the authorization number captured on the job, plus a status for each submission, keep money from slipping through.

Impound and storage paperwork

Notices, storage days, daily fees and who may pick up a vehicle all have to be tracked, and mistakes lead to disputes. A record per vehicle with photos, dates and release steps keeps the lot and the front office on the same page.

Trucks, drivers and insurance

A truck out of service is lost revenue, and hours, licenses and coverage all need tracking. Maintenance reminders by mileage, driver hours and per-job pay, and renewal dates on insurance and permits put it on one screen.

Set up for the way you work

Not every towing & roadside assistance business runs the same way. We adjust the setup to fit yours.

Light-duty local towing
Flatbed and wheel-lift trucks, flat-rate zones and a steady flow of breakdowns and lockouts. The setup centers on fast answering, simple prices and a driver app.
Roadside assistance only
Jump starts, tire changes, fuel delivery and lockouts, often for motor clubs and warranty programs. Each job is short, so rates, call-outs and club authorization numbers matter most.
Heavy-duty and recovery
Larger trucks, time-based pricing, on-scene photos and a quote written for the customer or the insurer. Jobs are fewer and bigger, so estimates and documentation carry more weight.
Impound and private-property towing
Property managers and lots sign agreements, tows follow posted-notice rules and the yard holds vehicles until release. The setup centers on authorizations, storage records and release steps.

Busy seasons and slow ones

Towing follows weather and traffic. Winter storms, summer heat, holiday travel and rainy rush hours bring surges, while spring and fall can be calmer. Before a known surge, we can set busy-day messaging, add after-hours rate notices and prepare driver schedules. In slow weeks, outreach to property managers, body shops and fleets can add steady account work.

What your customers ask before they book

Your AI assistant and website are set up to answer these before anyone has to call.

  • How much will it cost, and is that a flat price or by the mile?
  • How long until a driver gets here?
  • Can you tow it to my mechanic or my home?
  • What do I need to pick up my car from your lot?
  • Do you work with my motor club or insurance?
  • Do you take cards, and can I pay when the driver arrives?

Common mistakes we help you avoid

  • Quoting a price by phone that does not mention mileage, after-hours or recovery charges, which leads to a dispute at drop-off.
  • Skipping pickup photos and timestamps, which leaves nothing to show when a damage claim arrives.
  • Letting impound notices and storage days live in someone's memory instead of on each vehicle record.
  • Leaving motor club and insurance submissions unchecked, so payments sit unclaimed for weeks.

Towing rules vary a lot

Towing is regulated at the state and local level. Licensing, police rotation and call rules, private-property tow and impound notice requirements, fee limits and vehicle-release rules differ from place to place. We build the workflow around the rules you tell us apply to you, and the AI assistant never gives legal advice or promises a release. You stay responsible for compliance.
