Booking policies.

Sample terms for a made-up business. A real business sets its own policies before launch.

Event hours & access

Service begins at your start time. Setup needs earlier access to the venue, enough power and agreed space. Extra time needs a separate agreement.

Venue & planning

A real crew checks with the venue on sound limits, bringing in equipment, insurance requests and any other rules. Sample acknowledgments are not a contract.

Sample payment & cancellation

The $150 sample payment comes off the total. This example refunds cancellations made at least 14 days before the event; if we cancel, you get a refund or an agreed replacement.

Photos & preferences

A real booth operator explains how guest photos are stored, shared and deleted, and respects guests who don’t want to be photographed. The demo collects no photos, sends no galleries and plays no music.

Demo privacy

Use made-up contact details. This demo does not send your information anywhere, collect documents, send messages or take payments. Your choices and sample orders reset when you refresh. Fucira’s site-wide cookie preferences still apply.
