Before you get going.
A few useful details before your visit or booking.
Does setup use our booked hours?
No. The hours you pick are for the show itself. Local setup and teardown are included on top, once a real crew checks venue access.
What is included with the booth?
An attendant, props, a sample print design and photo strips during your booked hours. This demo captures no real photos or guest details.
Can we request songs?
Yes. A real planning form collects your must-play and do-not-play lists, announcements and timing. This demo doesn’t send one.
Are travel charges extra?
Local service is included in these fictional prices. A real team quotes travel outside its area or hard-to-reach venues before confirming.
Does this hold our date?
No. The sample date and order don’t reserve a crew, sign a contract or take payment. A real team has to check your event schedule and availability.
A good day starts here.
