Sample terms for a made-up business. A real business sets its own policies before launch.

Delivery, setup & collection

Every sample package needs local delivery, standard setup and pickup. The $75 fee is per order. For a real booking, we review venue access, surfaces, parking and pickup times.

Tent & site approval

Tent packages need a site check for space, anchoring, overhead lines, buried utilities (a staked tent may need a Sunshine 811 locate), wind and venue rules. Permit and fire-marshal rules vary by city and county and often apply to tents over 400 square feet. This description does not approve a real installation.

Counts & condition

A real crew counts items at delivery and return and checks their condition. Missing items, extra cleaning and damage fall under the operator’s actual agreement; none of those charges are simulated here.

Changes & sample deposit

The $100 sample payment counts toward your total; it is not extra. In this example, cancel at least seven days before delivery and you get your deposit back. If the operator cancels for an unsafe setup, you get a refund or a new date.
