What does a package include?

Each package lists its exact tables, chairs, linens and tents. Guest counts assume our sample layout, so your venue may need changes.

Can I combine individual items?

This demo books one package type per order, and you pick how many. A real quote can mix tables, chairs, linens and tent sizes once the team reviews your event.

Is delivery included in the price?

A separate $75 sample fee covers local delivery, standard setup and pickup for each order. It is required and shows in your total before you finish the sample booking.

What if our venue has a tight delivery window?

Pick the closest sample window, then use the contact form to preview a venue question. A real team confirms access times, stairs, parking and pickup before accepting the booking.

What if bad weather is expected?

The operator checks the forecast, including wind and thunderstorms, and can change or cancel an unsafe tent setup. In this sample policy, you get a refund or a new date if the operator cancels. The demo gives no live weather advice.
