The marina does not forecast weather or promise safe passage. In a named storm, the marina follows its written storm plan, and each owner stays responsible for their own vessel and insurance.
Utilities & environmental rules
Shore power, water and pump-out follow the listed terms and local environmental rules, which vary by state and harbor. Metered power may be billed separately.
Sample payment & changes
Up to $50 is credited toward the sample total. This example refunds customer cancellations at least seven days before arrival. A real marina confirms its actual terms, late fees and any notice process in writing.
