Service & venue
Local delivery is included. Staffed buffet and truck service include two service hours from the chosen start; drop-off arrives at that time. Venue permission, parking, power and setup space need to be checked.
Dietary needs & final counts
Talk to the real cook directly about allergies and dietary needs. In this sample policy, final headcount is due seven days before the event. No allergy clearance is given here. A real caterer or truck also needs its Florida food service license and charges sales tax on prepared food; neither is simulated.
Sample payment & changes
Up to $100 is credited to the total. This example refunds customer cancellations at least seven days before the event. No payment, food preparation or delivery happens in the demo.
