A few useful details before your visit or booking.
How do I enter the headcount?
Each pack serves ten guests. For 60 guests select six packs. Round up for groups between tens. The minimum is two packs (20 guests) and the maximum is ten (100 guests).
Are delivery and staff extra?
Local delivery is included. Buffet and truck rates also include standard staff and two hours of service. Unusual travel or access needs need a real quote.
Can you handle an allergy?
A real cook must review allergens, ingredients and cross-contact concerns before accepting the event. The demo cannot confirm that a dish is suitable or allergy-safe.
When is the final headcount due?
In this sample policy, seven days before the event. A real team confirms any changes and updates the invoice before cooking.
Where is the truck this week?
Our story lists a fictional Friday market and Saturday commons schedule. It is not live, and no walk-up order or pickup reservation is made here.
