Pickup & return

Bring photo ID to a real pickup. We check fit and condition before you go. Return the bike to the shop at the time for your rental length.

Care & riding

Use the helmet and lock we give you and follow local riding rules. Some beach paths and boardwalks limit or ban e-bikes, so we’ll point out where you can ride. E-bike range depends on wind, load and how much assist you use.

Weather & cancellation

If we cancel for weather, you get a new date or a refund under this sample policy. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead and you get your deposit back; later changes need our okay.

Sample deposit

A $20 sample deposit per order is part of the rental total. No card is asked for, charged or held in this demo.
