What comes with the rental?
A helmet, lock and route tips. They’re already in the price, so there’s nothing extra to buy.
Can our group book together?
Yes. Choose how many bikes you need when you book. Each bike type shows how many we have.
What if it rains?
If we cancel for unsafe weather, this example policy offers a refund or a new date. If your plans change, let us know before your start time.
Can children ride?
Our sample bikes are adult-sized, so ask us about child sizes first. Florida requires a helmet for riders under 16, and e-bike age limits and path rules differ by city, county and path. E-bike riders get a short briefing.
How do returns work?
Two-hour rentals come back two hours after pickup, day rentals by 6 p.m., and weekly rentals at the same time seven days later.
