Arrival & house care
Check in from 3 p.m.; checkout by 11 a.m. Sample quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No parties, smoking or pets in these sample stays.
Stay price & cleaning
Rates cover the whole stay, plus the listed cleaning fee once per home or room. No tax is simulated. In Florida, short stays are generally subject to state sales tax and a county tourist development tax, and rentals need the right state license; a real host checks both with DBPR, the Department of Revenue and the county.
Sample payment & cancellation
The $100 simulated payment is part of the total. This example refunds customer cancellations at least seven days before arrival, and a real host sets its own rules for hurricane watches and evacuation orders. Operator cancellations offer a refund or new dates.
