GOOD QUESTIONS. STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

Before you book.

A few useful details before your visit.

Are materials included?

No. Materials and any extra time are quoted separately. A real coordinator looks over your task list before accepting a visit.

What does a painting inquiry cover?

A first conversation only. The condition of your surfaces, room sizes, prep work, materials and the final price are worked out separately.

Can the handyman do electrical or plumbing?

No. Florida requires licensed contractors for electrical, plumbing, roofing and other trade work, and any job that needs a permit falls outside handyman work. Those jobs are referred to a licensed trade or quoted separately.

Does the age of my home matter for painting?

Yes. For homes built before 1978, EPA lead-safe rules apply to paid work that disturbs painted surfaces, and the painter's firm must be lead-safe certified. A real painter asks the age of the home when scoping the job.

Is this a real booking?

No. The business and details are made up. No message, charge or reservation is created, and your choices reset when you refresh.

Are extra services included?

Only what is listed is included. Extra work, travel, supplies or special requests need a real team's separate okay.

How do I reach the team?

Use the contact page to try a sample request. No message is sent. On a real business website, the Fucira link opens its contact page.
