A few useful details before your visit.

Is size based on the lot?

No. Use the area of maintained lawn, excluding buildings and paved areas. A real team confirms measurements before final pricing.

What if the grass is overgrown?

Very overgrown or neglected lawns need a separate quote. Routine mowing prices assume a maintained lawn.

Do you remove all yard debris?

The seasonal tidy includes up to four standard yard bags per visit, no matter your lawn size. Large branches, storm debris and heavy hauling are not included.

Do you use weed treatments?

No weed treatment, fertilizer or pesticide is included. Garden-bed weeding is done by hand, up to the listed area limit. Several Southwest Florida counties and cities restrict fertilizer in the summer rainy season, and commercial application needs a state-certified applicator.

Can I book weekly visits?

This demo books one visit. The contact page can preview a question about regular care, but it creates no contract or automatic billing.
