Before you book.
A few useful details before your visit.
Are repairs included in a tune-up?
No. A tune-up covers the listed inspection and basic cleaning of parts that are easy to reach. Repair labor, parts and refrigerant need a separate quote. Handling refrigerant requires EPA Section 608 certification, and in Florida air-conditioning work is done under a licensed contractor.
Can you service multiple systems?
Each sample request is for one system. A real office would price a visit for more than one system separately.
Do you offer a maintenance plan?
The owner view shows an example membership list, but this demo storefront doesn’t sell a recurring plan or bill anyone.
Will this guarantee lower energy bills?
No. A tune-up can catch problems like a dirty coil or a clogged condensate drain, but this sample doesn’t promise savings, performance or repairs.
Can I request a replacement system?
Use the contact page to see how a replacement question works. A real visit and a separate equipment quote would be needed.
A clearer plan for your home.
Choose your service and request an arrival window. A real team confirms the details before the visit.
