What if I am in crisis or thinking about harming myself?
Call or text 988, the US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911 if you are in danger. This site is not a crisis line and is not monitored. If anyone mentions harm to themselves or others in the assistant, it replies briefly, points to 988 or emergency services and stops scheduling.
Can the assistant give advice or a diagnosis?
No. It never provides therapy, assessment, diagnosis, medication advice or clinical judgment. Those are for the practice's clinicians.
Should I describe what I am going through?
No. Please do not enter symptoms, history or health details here. A clinician will talk with you directly, and any intake happens in the practice's own secure system.
Is the request fee a service quote?
No. The $0 request fee means no payment for this demo inquiry. Actual session fees, insurance and sliding-scale terms are confirmed separately by the practice.
Is this a real booking?
