Delivery & pickup
Delivery fees follow the sample ZIP zones. Setup and pickup are included. The standard event window is 10 a.m.–6 p.m.; exact delivery and collection windows are confirmed beforehand.
Setup & supervision
Provide the clear level setup area listed on the rental, a clear access path and suitable power within 50 feet. Water slides need a hose. Keep the setup area clear of overhead obstacles and animals. An adult must supervise use and follow the operator’s instructions at all times.
Weather
The operator may cancel or reschedule when conditions are unsafe. If the operator cancels for weather, this sample policy offers a date change or refund. Stop use immediately if conditions become unsafe and contact the operator.
Changes & cancellations
Under this sample policy, customer cancellations made at least 7 days before the event receive a deposit refund. Later cancellations receive a rescheduling credit. Actual terms must be confirmed with the rental operator.
